A year of Wave Pro for $100, paid once. They get a code, you get the credit.

Wave records meetings, phone calls, lectures, and conversations, then writes the notes. Everything is searchable afterward, on their phone and their computer. Pro means unlimited recording and AI notes for twelve months.

You pay once. There is no subscription and it never renews. The code doesn't expire, and their year starts the day they redeem it.

They don't need anything from you. We email the code, they paste it into Wave, and Pro is on. Works on iPhone and Android, Mac and Windows, and the web.

How they redeem it

1Download Wave, or open app.wave.co.
2Sign in with Google, Apple, or Microsoft.
3Go to Settings → Join Team Account and paste the code.
4That's it. A year of Pro is on.

Questions

Does it renew?: No. It's a single payment for one year of Wave Pro. There is no subscription behind it and nothing to cancel.
What if they already use Wave?: The code works on any existing account. Someone on the free plan gets a full year the moment they redeem it. If they already pay for Pro through the App Store, Google Play, or the web, they can keep the code and redeem it when that plan ends; the code doesn't expire.
Which devices does it work on?: All of them. Wave runs on iPhone, Android, Mac, Windows, and in the browser at app.wave.co, and one account works everywhere.
When does the year start?: The day they redeem the code, not the day you buy it. Buy it in November, give it at the holidays, and their year runs from whenever they type it in.
Can I send it on a specific day?: Yes. Pick a date up to six months out and we'll email the recipient that morning. You get the code and a receipt right away, so you can also hand it over yourself.
