Granola Pricing in 2026: Plans and What You Get
Granola has three plans: a free Basic tier, Business, and Enterprise. The main thing to know about the free plan is how long your notes stay available. Here is each plan as listed on Granola's pricing page.
Prices below are from Granola’s pricing page as of November 2026. Granola doesn’t list an annual price, so none is quoted.
Granola plans and prices
| Plan | Price | Meeting history |
|---|---|---|
| Basic | $0 a month | 30 days of meeting history |
| Business | $14 per user a month | Unlimited |
| Enterprise | $35 per user a month | Unlimited |
- Basic keeps 30 days of meeting history. Its AI chat uses automatic model selection, and integrations are limited.
- Business adds unlimited history, model selection, integrations such as Notion, Zapier, and HubSpot, and API access.
- Enterprise adds SSO, SCIM, usage analytics, retention policies, and HIPAA workspaces.
What changed in 2026
A third-party pricing changelog records Granola reshaping its plans in mid-2026: the older Pro and Individual tiers were replaced by Business, the free tier became Basic, and Enterprise moved from custom pricing to a listed $35 per user. We could not confirm the exact dates from Granola itself.
Cheaper alternatives to Granola
Granola’s strength is its notepad workflow on macOS, Windows, iOS, Android, without a meeting bot. If price or history is the issue:
- Wave AI is free for 30 minutes of recording a month, and recordings stay in your library after the month ends. Wave Pro is $15 a month or $80 a year on the web, and Wave keeps the audio for replay.
- Otter.ai: Pro is $8.33 a month billed yearly.
- Fireflies.ai: Pro is $10 a seat a month billed yearly.
